Ken Miller

We are saddened to hear of the passing of Ken (Kenny) Miller on July 6th.  It's always hard to lose a classmate and friend.  Thank you to Doug McQuate for letting us know.  His obituary is included but can also be found at:   https://www.richlandsource.com/2025/07/09/kenneth-l-miller/  

 

Kenneth L. Miller age 75 of Mansfield, passed away at OhioHealth Riverside Hospital on July 6, 2025. Born in Ashland on November 17, 1949, the son of Howard and Leah (Hart) Miller, he had been a resident of both Ashland and Richland counties all of his life. Kenneth was employed at F.E. Myers / Pentair until his retirement. Kenneth was a veteran, serving his country during the Vietnam War as part of the United States Army. He enjoyed working in the yard and having bonfires or cooking out. He was a huge fan of old westerns and loved to spend time watching the old Coach reruns. He was a sports fan even though his beloved Browns always disappointed him. He loved taking road trips and enjoyed trying new restaurants. He made friends easy and never met a stranger. 
On July 29, 1972 he was married to Cynthia Huff who proceeds him in death.  They were married for 34 years.

Surviving are two daughters; Angie (Bryan) Lambert of Shelby and Brandi Miller of Knoxville, Tennessee. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Austen (Jill) Lambert, Alyssa Lambert and Avery Lambert.

In addition to his wife Cynthia, he is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Skip Eyer.

A private graveside service and burial will take place at the Rowsburg Cemetery.
